Lake Restoration Inc. received the 2026 DNR permit to use the Big Swan Lake public landing for its staging operations and plans to start the second round of alum treatments on Monday, Sept. 21. This follows up the first round of applications that took place last fall. The company will use three smaller boats this year instead of the big barge it used last year to speed up the treatment process. Boaters will continue to have access to the public landing
